About Margaret

Margaret (Peggy) Gross is a licensed salesperson in the Wading River office of Signature Premier Properties (formerly Landmark LI). She is a long-time Wading River resident and she lives in the home she purchased in Wading River 25 years ago through Millie Thomas, Landmark's founding broker. Peggy comes to Signature Premier after many years in customer service.

Peggy is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the New York State Association of Realtors, and the Long Island Board of Realtors. She completed real estate instruction at the American Real Estate School in Hauppauge, NY.

Peggy particularly enjoys helping first-time home buyers navigate the home-buying process to obtain the keys to their first home. She is very familiar with the towns and villages in the Wading River area, as well as the North Fork, and enjoys helping others discover the area as well.

Peggy is a master gardener through Cornell Cooperative Extension, as well as a member of the Wading River Garden Club and the Herb Society of Suffolk County. In her spare time, she enjoys growing orchids, reading mystery novels, and discovering new playgrounds with her grandchildren.
